pre- & post-processingBio Blue applies state-of-the-art pre- and post-processing technologies around the anaerobic digestion process. Through a combination of mechanical, thermal, chemical, and biological pre-treatment, organic materials are broken down and optimized before digestion, increasing biogas yields and process stability. After digestion, advanced separation, drying, and nutrient recovery systems recycle water, recover valuable fertilizer components, and prepare the digestate for reuse.
